Anne-Elisabeth Lesseur has been Head of ARTE Concert since 2021, after working in artistic programming, concert production and content management for the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, the Philharmonie Luxembourg and the Philharmonie Essen. ARTE Concert’s digital programming offers European audiences recordings of concerts of all musical genres, as well as operas and dance performances.

Dieter Schneider

Since April 2017, he has been with the ARTE Culture and Music at ZDF, where he is currently Deputy Head of Department. Dieter was a freelance filmmaker for ZDF, 3sat and ARTE before working as Head of Department Theatre, Pop, Event/ARTE at ZDF from 2012 to 2017 and Head of Culture/Music ZDF/ARTE from 2017 to 2020.

Luke O’Shaughnessy began his career managing contemporary music festivals before serving as Director of RESEO (2002–2008) and Secretary General of Opéra de Dijon. Since 2014, he has worked with Opera Europa, overseeing the development of OperaVision, a free streaming platform supported by Creative Europe, which brings live and on-demand opera performances to global audiences.

Maarten Walraven operates at the intersection of music, technology, communities, and education. There are many different hats, from Co-CEO at Symphony.live to teaching music business at Utrecht University. Previously, he worked as Channel Manager for Stingray Classica and Stingray DJAZZ.tv.

Since 2008, Marcelo Lezama has managed content acquisition and programming design for Film and Arts channel, which broadcasts cultural content across Latin America. In addition, Marcelo Lezama is an accomplished filmmaker and has made documentaries such as Revelations, Mozarteum 60, and Four Pianos Concert.

Martin Traxl
Head of ORF–Culture
Martin Traxl, born in Carinthia, has worked for ORF since 1985. Starting in journalism, he later became a key figure in Austrian arts broadcasting, contributing to Ö1, Ö3, and TV programs like ZiB 1 and Treffpunkt Kultur. He also served as a German media correspondent and jury member for cultural awards. Since 1999, he has led cultural programming at ORF, including program coordination for 3sat.

Theresa Selzer
Commissioning Editor and Head of Classical Music at ORF III
Theresa Selzer is in charge of live-broadcasts, video recordings and coproductions throughout Austria including Vienna State Opera, Musikverein Wien and Salzburg Festival for ORF III. She focuses on operas and symphonic concerts.
