Chief Executive Officer of Operabase
Since January 2023, Ulrike Köstinger has been CEO of Arts Consolidated, home of Operabase. Previously, she was Chief Content and Partnership Officer, expanding Operabase’s global reach. With a background in performing arts and business, she worked at the Salzburg Festival, L’Oréal Austria, Teatro alla Scala, and takt1. She also chairs “Next Generation – Friends of the Salzburg Festival” and is a passionate marathoner.

Director of LSO Live at London Symphony Orchestra
With over 20 years’ experience in the classical music industry, Rebecca "Becky" Lees currently leads the international media and digital strategy for the London Symphony Orchestra. This encompasses the audio label LSO Live, as well as broadcasts, webstreams and building strong and productive relationships with artists and management as well as third parties including media and business partners.

Gilles Ledure
Artistic Director and Chief Executive Officera at flagey
Gilles Ledure has been artistic director of several European ensembles in Belgium, Luxembourg and France. Since 2011, he has been the general and artistic director of Flagey. Since 2019 he has also been president of the jury of the instrumental sessions of the Queen Elisabeth Competition. He founded Flagey Academy in 2019.

Ingrid Libercier
Programme Director of ARTE GEIE
Ingrid Libercier began her career in 1992 as Head of Acquisitions and Productions at Aquarelle. She joined ARTE France in December 2017 as Director of Production and Acquisitions. She was a member of the ARTE Programme Advisory Committee from 2018 and a member of the ARTE Programme Conference from 2019. Since 2020, she has been member of the Executive Board of ARTE France and Chair of the Board of Directors of the subsidiary ARTE France Développement. Since 15 June 2023, she has been Programme Director of ARTE GEIE at the broadcaster’s headquarters in Strasbourg.

Lilli Paasikivi
Artistic Director at Bregenzer Festspiele
Lilli Paasikivi has considerable and wide-ranging experience in the world of classical music. As well as having had an international career as a singer appearing at leading opera houses and concert venues, she has been involved in organising and founding two summer festivals in Finland. From 2013 to 2023 she was artistic director of the Finnish National Opera in Helsinki. A prominent feature of her tenure there was bringing together very different art forms as well as developing innovative programmes that experimented with new technologies.

Peter Schöber
Manging Director of ORF III
Peter Schöber began his journalism career in the late 1980s at ORF Radio Oberösterreich. He played a key role at the Ars Electronica Festival and co-founded the Ars Electronica Center. In 1998, he became a senior editor at ORF’s news division, leading European media projects. A CNN International Professional Program graduate, he helped drive innovations in TV news, reports, and documentaries. From 2007 to 2009, he headed ORF’s central TV program services. Since 2010, he has been CEO of TW1, transforming it into ORF III, Austria’s cultural and information channel.
