This format provides participants with the exclusive chance to pitch their projects to senior executives from major international public and private broadcasting companies and hence facilitates professional collaborations and opens up business opportunities.

Commissioning Editor for Arts, Music + Dance at BBC Music
Emma has worked in TV for more than 20 years during which she has gained experiences as a producer, director and exec. She has produced arts programming across all channels in the UK as well as for the US.

DANIEL GORJÃO
Adviser for Performing Arts at RTP – Rádio e Televisão de Portugal
After studying Dramatic Arts and Acting, Daniel has gathered extensive experiences as a stage director. He’s been working on television since 2011 as a dubbing director as well as an acting coach for numerous shows. Since 2016 he has advised RTP2 in performing arts programming.

Yasuko Kobayashi
Senior Producer at NHK Japan Broadcasting Corporation
Since joining NHK in 1995, she has established multi-camera directing skills for TV. Currently, as Senior Producer at NHK Music & Theatre Programmes Division, she is in charge of international TV co-production in classical music

Marcelo Lezama
Film & Arts General Producer at AMC International – Latin America
Since 2008 Marcelo Lezama is General Producer of Film & Arts, managing the content acquisition and programming design for this channel that broadcast cultural content to all Latin America. Additionally, he has made art documentaries like ‘Revelaciones’, ‘Mozarteum 60’ and ‘Concierto Para 4 Pianos’.

Jyrki Nokkonen
Acquisitions Executive/Music & Entertainment at YLE – The Finnish Broadcasting Company
Since 1990 Jyrki Nokkonen has acquired music and dance programmes from classical to popular, as well as performances and documentaries for YLE’s three national TV channels TV1, TV2 and the cultural channel YLE Teema ( since 2001) and also for Yle’s free online service Yle Areena (since 2007).

Dieter Schneider
Commissioning Editor for ZDF/ARTE and Head of Department Culture and Music
Dieter Schneider studied History, Theatre & Film in Bonn and Mainz. He has worked as a director’s assistant for theatres in Bonn and Hamburg and as a freelance filmmaker for ZDF, 3sat and ARTE.
Schneider is Commissioning Editor for ZDF/ARTE, from 2012 to 2017 he was Head of Department Theatre, Pop, Event/ARTE at ZDF and since April 2017 he is Head of Department ARTE Culture and Music at the ZDF.

Henrik von Sydow
Acquisitions Executive at SVT – Swedish Television
With a background as teacher, presenter, network director and head of the online promo department at SVT, Henrik von Sydow is currently SVT’s buyer of music and fine arts. He is also responsible for scheduling the weekly primetime broadcast slot Kulturstudion (“The Culture Studio”).
