Adèle Yvon

Head of Content, Vialma

After working in the physical distribution, Adèle joined the French digital streaming platform Vialma as Head of Content. Offering fun, enriching and meaningful ways to experience the arts is at the core of the projects the company is involved in!

Bill O'Donnell

Series Producer, The WNET Group 

Since joining WNET in November 1990, Bill O’Donnell has both produced programs as well as overseen program development, funding, scheduling, promotion and program administration for the national PBS performing arts series Great Performances. O’Donnell also produces content for THIRTEEN’s other Performance & Arts series including the New York City-area arts news series NYC-ARTS, the Off-Broadway theater showcase Theater Close-Up, and host intros for WNET double-feature movie night Reel 13.

Daniel Gorjão

Head of Performing Arts at RTP2 and RTP, RTP – Rádio e Televisão de Portugal 

Daniel Gorjão has been working as Acting and Dubbing Director at RTP since 2010. In 2016, he became responsible for the Performing Arts Programming at RTP2. He is also an invited professor of the Postgraduate Course in Dramaturgy at ESMAE.

Frank Gerdes

Head of Cultural Departement, ServusTV

Since 2009 Frank Gerdes is working for the Austrian based network ServusTV. From 2000 to 2009 he was responsible for project development at EuroArts Music (Germany). After graduating he worked for 3 years as a journalist at a German newspaper.

Franziska Facile

Director of the Audiovisual department, Deutsche Grammophon

Berlin based production head with more than 15 years of experience in the media industry (film and tv production services, project and event management and coordination). Since 2021 she is working at Deutsche Grammophon in Audiovisual Content + Production. In 2023 she became Director of the Audiovisual department at Deutsche Grammophon.

Kristian Costa-Zahn

Head of Content, ARD Kultur

Since February 2022, Kristian Costa-Zahn has been the Program Managing Director and Head of Content at ARD Kultur. Previously, he served as the Creative Director at Banijay LAB and Brainpool Live Artist & Brand, and worked as the Director of Creation & Innovation at Endemol Shine Beyond. His projects have received numerous awards, including multiple honors at the "New York Festivals," 3 Rockies at the "Banff World Media Festival," and an "International Emmy."

Matthias Kremin

Director, WDR3 and WDR5

Longtime editor of cultural documentaries and music features at WDR and presenter of radio shows. In 2009 he became Head of Culture and Science Television. Since 2019 he is Head of WDR3 and WDR5, the radio stations for Culture and Information. He is also responsible for Music TV.

Theresa Selzer

Commissioning Editor | Head of Classical Music, ORF III

Theresa Selzer is in charge of live-broadcasts, video recordings and coproductions throughout Austria including Vienna State Opera, Musikverein Wien and Salzburg Festival for ORF III. She focuses on operas and symphonic concerts.

Veronka Köver

ARTE Opera Season Project Manager, ARTE

Veronka Köver manages the ARTE Opera Season, ARTE’s free-view European digital opera programming. She has been bridging performing arts and media at various European cultural organisations for over 10 years. Beyond high-quality opera recordings, she is on the lookout for innovative classical music programmes.
