15 APRIL - 17 JUNE 2019: ONLINE SUBMISSION OPEN
The online film submission is open. The film material uploaded here serves as a viewing file for the dancescreen 2019 Preselction Jury to judge on the preselection. Selected submitters later will be asked to provide a high-res file which can be used for screening.

JULY 2019: PRESELECTION PROCESS
The dancescren 2019 Preselction Jury decides on the preselcted films to enter the competition. The Preselction Jury is composed of experts in dance and film from both dancescreen / IMZ and Tanzrauschen representatives.

END OF AUGUST 2019: ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRESELECTED FILMS
The dancescreen Preselection Jury presents the preselected films, which will be announced on the dancescreen website. All preselected films will be screened as part of the festival programme.

SEPTEMBER 2019: ALL COMMUNICATION VIA TANZRAUSCHEN
As from now our Festival Partner TANZRAUSCHEN Festival Wuppertal will be the main contact to help with all your enquiries. Our partner will contact the preselected producers in regards to the screening material for  public screening.

21-24 NOVEMBER 2019: ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNERS AND FESTIVAL!
During the festival the Final Jury will make their decision on the category and overall winners. The winners of the dancescreen Awards will be announced during the festival award ceremony at Rex Filmtheater Wuppertal.
