Katharina Jeschke

Secretary General of the IMZ International Music + Media Centre (Austria)

Katharina has joined the IMZ in 2009 and has been leading the international business network for music + dance films as Secretary General since 2017. Prior to that she was responsible for PR and TV + Media productions at the Haydn Anniversary Year in 2009 as well as for music, dance + theatre projects at the Vienna Mozart Year in 2006 and has gained various experiences in the cultural sector at music festivals and artist’s agencies.

Henk van der Meulen

Principal at Royal Conservatoire The Hague (The Netherlands)

From 1995-2008, Henk had been Head of the Music and Dance Department of NPS – Netherlands Programme Service, a public broadcaster with special responsibilities towards arts and culture. Henk is Principal of the Royal Conservatoire and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Management of the University of the Arts The Hague.


Paul Bullock

Executive Editor, BBC Studios Entertainment & Music, Wales (United Kingdom)

Paul is an award winning program maker, show runner and event producer. He joined the BBC in 2001 after establishing a successful career in the commercial sector as a Producer & Director. In 2015 he was responsible for creating and delivering the first BBC Young Dancer competition, now established alongside BBC Young Musician as part of the BBC’s commitment to supporting and nurturing new talent. In addition to his work for the BBC, Paul has also created a number of large scale arena shows for its commercial arm, BBC Worldwide.

Arild Erikstad

Executive Producer / Editor Music Department NRK TV / International Cooperations at NRK – Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (Norway)

Arild Erikstad has been working for NRK since 1991 both as Head of Music Department and as host and editor of "Hovedscenen" (The Main Stage) - a weekly evening program for music, opera and dance. He is President of the IMZ and Vice President of EBU TV Music Group. Erikstad has been member of several international dance juries and presented a lot of dance films and performances in Norwegian TV. As buyer of dance programs he has been an important partner in many important dance productions.

Matthias Kremin

Head of Culture + Science at WDR – Westdeutscher Rundfunk (Germany)

After studying music, musicology and history of arts, Matthias started his career as freelance author and host for the broadcaster WDR, SFB and HR before becoming editorial staff leader at WDR. Since 2008 he has been Head of the Culture and Science Department, where he expanded the crossmedia and digital content.

Birgit Lorbeer-Claussen

Producer at ZDF – German Television (Germany)

Birgit Lorbeer-Claussen has been taking care of dance-productions (live performances + documentaries) at ZDF for over 20 years. In addition she is the responsible editor for musical productions in the classical music department for ZDF, 3sat and ARTE.

Reiner Moritz

Managing Director at Poorhouse International (United Kingdom)

Reiner Moritz is producer and director. In London he is running an international distribution company for cultural programs. Specially ballet is very important to him. He has produced "The Best of Balanchine", did recordings with the Cloud Gate Dance Theater and often worked together with artists like Nurejew, Fonteyn, Kylian, Preljocaj and Merzouki.

Dieter Schneider

Head of Department Culture & Music ARTE at ZDF – German Television (Germany)

Dieter was a freelance filmmaker for ZDF, 3sat and ARTE before working as Head of Department Theatre, Pop, Event/ARTE at ZDF from 2012 to 2017. Since April 2017 he is Head of Department ARTE Culture and Music at ZDF.

Bettina Wagner-Bergelt

General + Artistic Director at Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch (Germany)

Bettina Wagner-Bergelt took over the artistic direction of the Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch on 1 January 2019. From 2000 to 2016 she was Deputy Director of the Bayerisches Staatsballett and from 1990 to 2016 its Head Dramaturg. Bettina Wagner-Bergelt has received awards including the 2016 TANZPREIS der Landeshauptstadt München, the Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres in 2014, and the Kinder zum Olymp Prize. She is a board member of the Bavarian association Tanz BLZT and the umbrella association Tanz Deutschland DTD.
