The IMZ International Music + Media Centre (hereinafter referred to as “IMZ”) is an international non-profit organisation devoted to the promotion and dissemination of music and dance through the audiovisual media.

Exclusion of liability for content created in-house and with regards to IMZ events and activities
The best possible care is taken to provide the content of our website truthfully and without error. However, we cannot assume any liability for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the content provided. IMZ is also not liable for damages resulting from actions taken due to trust in the correctness of certain contents.

Exclusion of liability for content created and/or provided by third parties
On our website and within the various IMZ Mailings, IMZ provides its members and/or project partners (“content provider”) with the option to post content such as photographs, texts, graphics, videos, etc. ("content") and thus to publish them in an interested forum. Such “external” content used in the IMZ Mailing represents the opinion of third parties and was made available to the IMZ for free use. The respective content provider is responsible for the content. In relation to this content, the IMZ assumes the role of a purely technical distributor/host, which does not influence or oversee the content of the content provider.
By having made available those materials the provider of said materials has automatically guaranteed not to have delivered any content, of which the provision, publication or use violates applicable law or violates the rights of third parties (in particular copyrights and personal rights). In the case of violation of the above-stated obligation and the legal assertion of claims by third parties, the provider of said materials shall indemnify and hold the IMZ harmless.

Our website and mailings contain links to online services of third parties (“external links”). IMZ is not responsible for the foreign content contained therein. IMZ does not endorse the linked content and cannot assume any liability for such external content. Please refer to office@imz.at for links to illegal content.

According to Art 16 (1) ECG, responsibility of IMZ can only occur if IMZ is aware of unlawful content and does not remove/block it immediately upon becoming aware of it. If any content in the user's opinion violates rights or laws, please report this to office@imz.at.

Picture- and video content published on this website is governed by the copyright laws of Austria. Any duplication, processing, distribution or any form of utilisation beyond the scope of copyright law shall require the prior written consent of the author or authors in question.

Sweepstakes
If the IMZ holds a raffle, it is based on the following raffle conditions, unless otherwise stated:
Natural persons are eligible to participate. Employees of IMZ, its affiliates and the companies involved in the competition are not eligible. The IMZ reserves the right to exclude participants from the raffle who influence or attempt the raffle in an unfair manner (in particular by multiple entries). The winners will be determined after the conclusion of the competition and notified by e-mail, mail or telephone. A cash settlement of the prize and the legal process are excluded; the winner personally bears the resulting taxes, duties, fees and follow-up costs. The participants agree to the publication of their name and possibly their photo in the event of winning.
