Jean-Paul Philippot
Administrator-General at RTBF
Jean-Paul Philippot, CEO of RTBF, is a graduate of Solvay Business School. He entered the audiovisual sector in 2002 after serving as Managing Director of Brussels Public Hospitals. He has led multiple strategic transformations at RTBF, including the audience-centric 'RTBF27' plan. He was EBU president (2009–2018) and led Médias Francophones Publics (2021–2025).

Lucia Recalde
Deputy Director, Head of Unit Audiovisual Industry and media support programmes at European Commission
Lucia Recalde Langarica is Head of the unit "Audiovisual Industry and Media Support Programmes" in the Directorate General (DG) for Communications Networks, Content and Technology (CONNECT) of the European Commission. Prior to that, she was a part of the management of the DG for Education and Culture (EAC) as Head of Unit for Higher Education, Innovation, Entrepreneurship and the EIT (the European Institute for Innovation and Technology).

Natalija Gorščak
President of the Management Board at RTV Slovenia
Since September 2024, Natalija Gorščak has been President of the Management Board at RTV Slovenia. Previously, she was Director of Television Slovenia (2019–2021) and led the Editorial Board of cultural programmes. She began her career in radio and commercial TV before joining RTV Slovenia in 1996. She is also an active member of the EBU TV Committee and several international expert juries.

Wolfgang Bergmann
Managing Director of ARTE Germany
Wolfgang Bergmann is CEO of ARTE Germany and chairing ARTE’s groupe Musica. For more than three decades in the TV business he focused on arts programs. He initiated, co-produced and commissioned numerous award-wining films and documentaries and stands for cultural TV-events on an international scale.
