As attention spans get shorter and stress levels heat up with information overload, how can new formats of the performing and fine arts serve the modern human? The ArtWave App creates easy- to- use pathways into the Arts as a Holistic Health Behavior. Is it a vitamin, a painkiller, a low-intensity workout, a psychedelic, a mini-therapy session, even a kind of ozempic? What if it is any or all of these, depending on your feeling state? And what if the arts could be used in microdoses throughout the day, instead of saved for the weekend or special occasions?
